1. Return Conditions

Due to the digital nature of PlayStation Plus subscription codes, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the digital code has been generated and delivered via email. Please verify that you have selected the correct region matching your PlayStation Network account prior to completing your purchase.

2. Refund Process

If you experience an issue with your code, please contact us immediately. We will check the redemption status of the code with our distributors. If the digital code is verified to have been defective or invalid prior to delivery, a refund will be approved. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original digital method of payment within a few business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain situations and items are strictly non-refundable, including:

  • PlayStation Plus subscription codes that have already been redeemed.
  • Subscription codes purchased for the wrong geographical region due to customer error.
  • Orders successfully delivered to an incorrect email address provided by the buyer during checkout.

4. Exchanges

We only replace digital codes if they are proven to be defective, inactive, or invalid at the time of purchase. Because digital items are delivered instantly worldwide, we are unable to exchange your code for a different subscription tier or region once the transaction is finalized.

5. Shipping Costs

All PlayStation Plus subscription codes are delivered entirely digitally via email across the globe, meaning there are no physical shipping fees or handling costs associated with your order. In the rare instance that a refund is authorized, any payment gateway processing fees may be deducted from the total refund amount.
